This is the model of our PBx which we use to transfer calls from Voice guid to internal extension [Nesco mode no.288]

 

i wish i find tone setting for it [busy,Disconect,.....etc Tones]

but i have one more question

 

i have problem with callerid and when i searched forum i found that the problem was solved by sending [ktTel.ocx,ktTelControl.ocx] and when i searched these two files i didnot find them in my system32 sub directory

 

note , i use voiceguide 7.6 with dialogic SR6

VoiceGuide version 7 does not use the files you mention. Those files are used by version 6 of VoiceGuide.
