Simple Call Transfer

Hi,

 

I'm having hard time to execute this script (attached). Basically I have to call a number, play a wav file and then transfer to this extension 5010.

 

If I use the option Dial out and Conference than it works. But the option Im trying to use is Hookflash Blind. The weird thing is that I was testing several different configurations and there was a time that worked and then stopped working??

 

I have Dialogic cards and Televantage Phone system. The PBX command strings has "!" as the dial function to transfer. The string that I know it works from my regular phone is "**1" and then the extension.

 

Attached also the VG.INI and other log files.

 

Should I update my voice guide engine/program? Please help me out.

Many PBXs/Switches do not allow hookflash transfers on outgoing calls, only on incoming.

 

You may need to use the Dial and Conference on the outgoing calls.

Ok, but I dont want to use 2 lines to do it.

 

Do you have another suggestion?

If the PBX does not support hookflash transfers then your only option is to use a "2-line" (Dial and Conference / Tromboned) transfer.
