Guest almahmeed Report post Posted 08/05/2008 11:43 AM Dears, I have installed the Intel HMP and the VG v7 to use the VoIP. When changing the configuration file, the line status does not show any active lines even though I have used x-lite to simulate the connections and it is working fine. Here is the part of the VOIP in the config.xml: <VoIP_Registrations> <VoIP_Registration> <Display>FlexiCom trixbox</Display> <Protocol>SIP</Protocol> <RegServer1>192.168.1.13:5060</RegServer1> <RegServer>192.168.1.13:5060</RegServer> <RegClient>204@192.168.1.13</RegClient> <LocalAlias>204@192.168.1.13</LocalAlias> </VoIP_Registration> </VoIP_Registrations> <VoIP_Authentications> <VoIP_Authentication> <Display>204 trixbox</Display> <Domain>192.168.1.13:5060</Domain> <Username>204</Username> <AuthUsername>204</AuthUsername> <AuthPassword>204</AuthPassword> </VoIP_Authentication> </VoIP_Authentications> Can you please have a look at my files and advise? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/05/2008 12:16 PM ktTel trace shows that HMP service was not started. Have you confirmed that the HMP service is started before starting VoiceGuide? Use the Dialogic Configuration manager to confirm the service is started, and then start VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
Guest almahmeed Report post Posted 08/06/2008 06:44 AM Hi, I have removed the Dialogic HMP and the VG and re-installed them as the HMP crashed. Now the HMP is working, but still can't find any entry for login in the Line Status. I am attaching the log files and the section that I have modified in the config.xml: <VoIP_Registrations> <VoIP_Registration> <Display>VoiceGuide Would use Extension 200</Display> <Protocol>SIP</Protocol> <RegServer1>192.168.1.13</RegServer1> <RegServer>192.168.1.13</RegServer> <RegClient>200@192.168.1.13</RegClient> <LocalAlias>ivr@flexi-com.com</LocalAlias> </VoIP_Registration> </VoIP_Registrations> <VoIP_Authentications> <VoIP_Authentication> <Display>IVR Login</Display> <Domain>192.168.1.13</Domain> <Username>200</Username> <AuthUsername>200</AuthUsername> <AuthPassword>200</AuthPassword> </VoIP_Authentication> </VoIP_Authentications> Regards, Abdulaziz 0806_ktTel.txt 0806_0936_vgEngine.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/06/2008 08:50 AM Traces still show that HMP returns errors at initialize time (although the service itself looks like has started). The error is: 091647.593 3572 ERROR gc_start : gcValue=140(0x8c), gcMsg=[The start procedure of a call control library failed] Can you post a description of the system that you are using? Are you using an Intel CPU based system? Share this post Link to post
