gjalil Report post Posted 08/11/2008 04:16 PM Hi Support, Recently I increased the VG channels from 4 to 8, but the Line Status only show the first 4 channels. I pasted the text with the Add-On and Activate the license in the License Manager, after this I change the Config.xml adding the new channels and finally Restart the VG but the Line Status only show 4 channels. I can't attach the Config.xml file to this topic, so the text is this: <?xml version="1.0"?> <VoiceGuideConfig> <Devices_Dialogic> <Channels> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C1</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T1</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C1</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C2</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T2</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C2</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C3</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T3</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C3</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C4</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T4</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C4</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C5</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T5</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C5</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C6</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T6</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C6</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C7</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T7</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C7</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> <Channel> <Device_Voice>dxxxB1C8</Device_Voice> <Device_Network>iptB1T8</Device_Network> <Device_Media>ipmB1C8</Device_Media> <Protocol>IP</Protocol> <script>C:\VG\PRUEBAS\SaldoCredipycca.vgs</Script> <AllowDialOut>1</AllowDialOut> </Channel> </Channels> <Parms> </Parms> </Devices_Dialogic> <VoIP_Lines> <Notes> Pretty much any VoIP line can be registered for use with VoiceGuide. SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/11/2008 08:44 PM The vgEngine trace shows the 8 line license has been applied correctly, and is recognized by VoiceGuide: 103708.476 5 reg Enterprise Edition, lines: 08 id: | LK004ECD But your Config.xml is not correctly setup. Have a look at the sample Config.xml files for the larger number of lines, you'll see that the <Device_Voice> resources do not just get numbered dxxxB1C5, dxxxB1C6 etc for 5th, 6th etc resources.
