How To Run A Vb Module On User's Hangup

Dear Support,

 

Is it possible to run a script/module triggered by hangup?

 

I want to make Voiceguide run a script/VB module to make a call to a user.

Once a call is disconnected so that I can record this call as "Disconnected."

 

For outbound call, there are fields I can define which script to run on certain cases such as OnAnswerLive and OnNotAnswered etc..., but no such thing as OnDisconnected...

 

Please let me know.

Yes. See the "On Hangup" script option: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...ll%20finish.htm

The OnHangup script would run when the answered call finishes. The OnHangup script is associated with the script used.

 

Once a call is disconnected so that I can record this call as "Disconnected."

VoiceGuide v7 has full CDR log creation which can log he CDR details to database as well. You may want to look at using that option, see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/log_cdrs.htm
