How To Put On Hold?

Hi...after a caller makes a selection in a module I would like to put them on hold for a couple of seconds prior to sending the call to voicemail.

 

How would I do the HOLD bit?

If the PBX/Switch which provides these lines supports placing calls 'on-hold' then on analog lines just issue a hookflash. Specify this in a Play module:

 

!

 

The "!" is a signal to send a hookflash.
