Transfer Call

VoiceGuide 7.0.7

 

In Record Module, the Filename to Recorded can be like this :

REC-TECH-$RV[sOCIETE]-[$RV_LINEID]-$RV[NbRecTech].wav

 

But in the Transfert Module there is no possibility to use variables in filename for the announce message.

Could you make a new version or a patch for that ?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
