Keep getting this error: Loop Current Off (non-xfer Vgm)

 

in attachment is log and script that inserts results of survey script to Oracle database.

 

Please HELP.

This is just a report that a Dialogic card detected a loop current drop, which is usually used by the Telcos and PBXs to signal end of call.

 

If the caller has not ended call then it is possible that the telephone line copper cable is fractured somewhere along it's length and is sometimes not maintaining good connection. Other possible causes are problems with Switch/PBX or Dialogic card.

 

In v7 of VoiceGuide it is possible to turn off the automatic hangup due to loop current drop.

Problem was in telephone line.
