If you need a 44 Analog line system then you will have to purchase three D160SC-LS cards - each card has 16 analog ports on it, giving you a total of 48 lines.

If you need a Digital T1 based solution then you'll need to purchase two D240 cards - you would need to speak to your telephone company about what T1 lines they can provide you... (Analog is a lot easier to set up...)
