ronghuizhang Report post Posted 10/13/2008 11:23 PM I searched around here and didn't get the idea quite much. I am using V6, and it seems to have the record feature also. We are using D41JCT-LS. I believe the card is OK as well. I don't understand that I must transfer the call to another line and record. So, I need another real phone line to record the on going call? Which sounds really strange. My situation is, when the call system dials out a number, it will run a script if human being picks up the phone or answer machine answers. I want to record the whole process from the other side picking up phone or answer machine starts, and stop recording when it's hang up. Is it possible, on V6? Ronghui Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/14/2008 12:25 AM Sounds like you would like to record everything from the moment the call is made till the end of the call, including things like initial ringback, and everything that happens on the phone line, including all sound files that are played/recorded, dtmf tones pressed etc. correct? This is not possible with v6, but may be possible with v7. This functionality is not included with the v7 right now, but could be added to it. Please contact sales@voiceguide.com for information on obtaining a version which can do this. Share this post Link to post
