SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/15/2008 10:59 PM You can route the calls to agents PCs using VoIP. Each agent would have a softphone on their desktop and VoiceGuide would route calls to them. You would not need any PBX, just a computer with a Dialogic E1 card in it. This is a common ACD setup. Share this post Link to post
