Skipping Intro Module

Hi,

 

I have a simple 4 question survey with intro and closing thankyou modules. I cannot get the intro to play, it skips directly over to the first question. I tested the wave file and it is fine. The path has the following:

 

on {timeout 0} goto [Question1]

 

It skips it every time. I just want it to play the wave file and go directly to question 1.

Is the 'Start' module of the script set properly?

 

See the Edit->Script Properties menu in the Script Designer.

 

 

 

If you still have problems:

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
