I have installed the eval version of Voiceguide 6 on my Windows 2000 server. I have a problem where I can call the voiceguide and receive the wav speech (the sample script "Credit Card payment") but when I enter the numbers on my phone there is no button press noise on the phone and Voiceguide does not respond to any key presses including the hash. I have also tried this on the other sample scripts to no avail. any suggestions? thanks in advance. Share this post Link to post

To check whether the DTMF tones are received undistorted you could use a record module and when it has started recording just press some keys on your telephone. Then you will have a recording of how the DTMF tones are heard by the system and will be able to see whether they are distorted in any way. Please .ZIP up the recording and post it here.
