If you cannot tell which network card corresponds to which UID please post the output of command: ipconfig /all (run above command at DOS Command Prompt) as well as what two UIDs VoiceGuide is displaying and we can indicate which UID corresponds to which network card. If you require to be able to easily move the license from one machine to another you may want to look into using a USB to Ethernet Network adaptor - moving that adaptor from one USB port to another is much easier then moving a card.. In cases when the network card fails we will re-issue the registration code (such situations happen very rarely). Share this post Link to post
