SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/31/2008 09:56 AM It is possible to record calls using VoiceGuide v7. The calls would be simply 'routed through' VoiceGuide and VoiceGuide can then record them. Examaple, If have 2 external lines and if I want to record all communcaition : Incomming calls: --> Do I have to plug these 2 lignes on my dialogic board? and then make a blind transfert on the called number ? --> Outgoing call: When I make a call should I do it on the dialogic port then make a blind transfer to the external number ? A Blind "Dial and Conference" transfer. When I make a call should I do it on the dialogic port then make a blind transfer to the external number ? Call the Dialoigc card, have the script do a Blind "Dial and Conference" transfer to ans external line. You will then hear the eternal dial signal from our PBX/Telco. Then dial the number as usual.
