Guest lexiteltech Report post Posted 11/07/2008 09:08 PM I have multiple TTS engines installed, and they used to work fine, I could switch it in vg.ini with no problems. I am on v7 and have always been on v7. Despite what I put in the ini it defaults to Microsoft SAM all the time, even when I switch it to Microsoft Mary. Thanks, Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/07/2008 09:19 PM Has anything changed on the system from when the TTS was working? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Trace Logs which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
Guest lexiteltech Report post Posted 11/10/2008 03:22 PM I grabbed a couple sets of the log files where I switched the engine to different things. 1107_1509_vgDialListLoad.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/10/2008 11:19 PM The ktTtsSapi trace shows: SpEnumTokens returned error This suggests that there is somethinhg wrong with the SAPI system on this machine. (SpEnumTokens is a SAPI function). Suggest re-installing SAPI 5.1 (ie. uninstall and then install again) and re-instaling any SAPI TTS engines. Share this post Link to post
Guest lexiteltech Report post Posted 11/14/2008 03:16 PM Did everything you said, it worked previously now it doesn't. I can hear the TTS engine via the speakers in Windows, but Voiceguide will not load it. Im trying to just use Microsoft Mary from the Microsoft SDK. And voiceguide will still not load any of these engines. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/14/2008 10:49 PM Can you setup access to this machine using www.logmein.com or similar? If yes then please email login details to support@voiceguide.com along with a link to this thread. We can then have a look at this machine to see what is going on. Share this post Link to post
