dsb777 Report post Posted 11/11/2008 06:43 AM Hello, Our old PC died. We bought a new PC, and put the same exact dialogic card in (D/4PCIUF) from the old PC, but in the old PC we were using VG6.. now I installed VG 7, Im still confused how to set this up, but first thing first, i cant even get it to register? I use the license manager and in the details section I paste the exact info that originally was told to paste into this section. I restart Voice guide and it still says Evaluation Copy in the Line monitor screen. How do i get it to register or activate? Thanks. I have: * Windows XP * VoiceGuide Enterprise+Dialer License (4 line) * Dialogic D/4PCIUF Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/13/2008 09:15 AM Main differences are better sound quality in v7 and that it runs as a Windows Service. The outbound dialing engine is much improved as well and CDRs are now saved by the system. There are other improvements like support for Speech Recognition. There is no page fully detailing the differences. We'd recommend to just download v7 and see for yourself how it works. Share this post Link to post
