twnichols Report post Posted 11/26/2008 10:20 PM We upgraded from 5.2 to 6.0. Our IVR blind transfers calls to our customer service group 2504. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/26/2008 11:16 PM Does the caller hear a 'click' on the line an then the DTMF tones being dialed? or does the system hangup on the caller? Does the caller get put on hold at all? Have you tried testing with "Announced Transer" option to see if that works? You could also try adding a comma before the extension number.
