SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/01/2008 02:44 AM You would need to update your system to v7. In VoiceGuide v7 it is possible to specify a custom script/command to be ran when the call is not answered, and also a script/command to be ran when the retries are exhausted. Share this post Link to post
