I'm now getting vg log file with the same line repeated over and over again You may be able to stop that line from appearing by changing the VoiceGuide log setting to 8. ie: Setting the log level to 8 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=8 Then restart VG. As you are using a Dialogic card we'd recommend trying v6 instead - you may need ot change the sound files however. v6 shows fuller Dialogic level tracing, so we can better tell what is happening on the system.
