Guest u4910 Report post Posted 12/08/2008 01:28 PM I'm using VG5 and when I make an outbound call, it seems to expect the user to hit a number to indicate the call has been received. Otherwise, VG will resend the same outbound call. How do I get around this? For this application I don't necessarily need to know for sure the caller got the call. -mark Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/08/2008 09:04 PM If v5 does not play "press 1" then the beginning of the message/script will get more cut off. The longer the caller takes to answer the call the more will be cut off. For outbound calls you really need to use a Dialogic card.
