Volume Issue And Caller Id Retrieval

hi,

 

please i am having a problem with my IVR. the IVR is working perfectly well but the only problem is that the volume is quite low. I use dialogice card D41H running on windows xp sp2. I have installed all releases from dialogic. I dont know if this problem is from my sound card .Please can anyone tell me what the problem is. Another thing is that I will like to have a script to retrive my caller ID please any help will also be appreciated.

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Which version of Dialogic drivers are you using?

 

Does the demo "Credit Card Payment" script sound OK?

i am using version 6 of voiceguide and dialogic system release 5.1.1 FP1. The demo credit card payment script sound very okay but just that volume is very low. Thank you

The problem could lie either with the card or with the telephone line itself. Does that phone line sound OK when used with a normal analog phone handset?
