Guest u4910 Report post Posted 12/29/2008 02:40 PM I am making outbound calls to play a wav file. The call is made and I answer and it detects a human. But it says that it is playing the wav file but I hear nothing. It seems to sit there forever until I hang up. I've tried a VG system wav to see if it is a format issue, but the same thing happens. Any ideas? 1229_0844_vgEngine.txt 1229_ktTel.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/29/2008 09:43 PM Please post the entire trace files (.ZIPed). The posted excerpts do not show enough information. We need to see the full vgEngine and ktTel files. Share this post Link to post
Guest u4910 Report post Posted 12/30/2008 01:41 AM Those are complete files. Do you want to see the other older copies as well? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/30/2008 04:09 AM The ktTel file does not show software startup. If this call was the first action for the day then please .ZIP up the previous day's ktTel trace and post it here. Share this post Link to post
Guest u4910 Report post Posted 12/30/2008 01:27 PM Here are the files. The earliest shows the startup. Thanks. 122908.zip Share this post Link to post
Guest u4910 Report post Posted 12/30/2008 02:09 PM OK, I figured out one thing. If I save my wav file in a-law format, then it will play (or mu-law). It looks like windows pcm wav does not work (I tried 8k and 11k 16 and 8 bit) on this system. I'll stick with a-law format. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/30/2008 09:26 PM Do you have the ktTel trace files from the 28th? The ktTel trace posed was same as the original one. Please .ZIP up and post all of the ktTel traces that are on this system. Share this post Link to post
