mwelch Report post Posted 12/29/2008 07:13 PM We have been using VoiceGuide for several months now and find that the underlying service fails periodically. It may happen up to 10 times a day and some days not at all. A screen shot from the event viewer, log, script and its_sysinfo files are attached. Thanks in advance for your help in this, Matt VoiceGuide.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/29/2008 09:30 PM Searching for "ntdll.dll 0x0001b1fa" on Google shows that this is a widespread issue with that Windows DLL. In some instances this is linked to the system being infected by a virus. I notice that a number of other software has been installed on this system as well. We'd recommend reformatting that system's Hard Disks (all the Hard Disks if there is more then one) and then turn system off and then on again and install just Windows and it's updates and then install the Dialogic drivers and the latest version of VoiceGuide (v7.0.8 rather then the v7.0.3 currently installed on this system) In our past experience Anti-virus software also causes problems on Dialogic systems, so we'd recommend not installing it either. Basically don't install anything else apart from Windows + updates + Dialogic + VoiceGuide. Please post traces as before if you get the problem again. Share this post Link to post
