Guest micrigon Report post Posted 12/30/2008 09:36 PM Hi every body, I'm trying to realize a personal IVR system and I've bought a way2call HI-Phone desktop RS232, as suggested in 'Recommended hardware' section , but I have some configuration problem. The phone device seems to be correctly installed. At the end of the 'wizard' procedure the 'state' is 'line ID not found'. My OS is windows xp home edition with sp3. Thanks for your help. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/30/2008 10:00 PM Can you post some screenshots of what you are seeing? Have you used any of the sample programs that came with the HI-Phone to confirm if the HI-Phone TAPI/Wave drivers were installed properly? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/07/2009 10:05 PM Are you able to use any of the demo apps that come with this device to confirm that it is correctly setup and configured? Any apps that would allow you to confirm that the device can answer calls and play/record/etc ? Share this post Link to post
