If you would like to have more control over the CallQue table then you should setup the system to use a database of your choice. Instructions on how to do this are here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...rnal_config.htm It is easier to setup VoiceGuide to use a database like SQL Server or MySQL and view data in these databases then trying to view and manipulate data in the default database that VoiceGuide uses 'out-of-the-box'. The default database that VoiceGuide uses is 100% managed code and uses ADO.NET Provider Factories. No ODBC drivers are made for it. Share this post Link to post
