SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/15/2009 10:33 PM VoiceGuide v7 will send any .PDF or a correctly sized .tif file as a fax using a Play module. Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/fax_intro.htm So you can create a fax on the fly by creating a .PDF file and then having VoiceGuide fax the PDF file. You can hard code the PDF file name, or use Result Variables to pass the PDF filename to send to the Play module (see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...tvariables.htm) 2) Do we need to purchase the Dialer for outbound faxing? Yes. 3) If we use a 4 line card and use 2 lines for inbound calls and the 2 other lines for outbound faxes, do we need to purchase licensing for 2 or 4 lines total? 4 lines.
