james_mp Report post Posted 01/19/2009 10:15 AM We are trying to transfer a call from a caller when the user calls and wishes to contact a supervisor, the user may choose to transfer by using Dial and Conference Blind. Somtimes it can be heard to dial out but the receiving phone does not ring. Can the Dialogic card use Dial and Conference Blind calling from one port to another? If so how can it be done? Attached is the logs for our current setup. Spec: windows server 2003 standard voiceguide 7.0.8 Dialogic 4 port card D4PCIUFW Running with two direct telephone lines on 1st port and 2nd port. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/19/2009 10:46 AM The D4PCIU series cards do not support 'Dial and Conference' transfers. You will need to use a D/41JCT card. From http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/modxfer.htm : Dial and Conference General Notes: The D4PCIUF and D/4PCIUS cards do not support "Dial and Conference". You need a JCT or DMV series card (eg. D/41JCT, D/120JCT, DMV160 etc.), or any T1/E1 Digital cards (eg. D/240JCT, DMV600B etc.) Share this post Link to post
