Guest Patrick Hurrelmann Report post Posted 09/17/2003 09:23 AM Hi, i have a question concerning VGs logging-system. In default it creates all log in c:\ when running VG on a server 24/7 the c: drive will get flooded with log-file after some time. is it possible to locate a different folder for logging purposes (e.g. in voiceguides root oder any subdirectory)? i would appreciate that very much. thx for help Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2003 10:15 AM Logging was only meant for debugging purposes - it should not be turned on by default and can be turned off by setting in VG.INI : [TraceLog] LogToFile=0 and by deleting the C:\TapiWrapLogSelect.txt file. (C:\TapiWrapLogSelect.txt is not isntalled by default either) At this stage it's not possible to change the directory in which the log should be created - but having them junk up C:\ is a valid gripe and we'll have them moved to a directory "log" under VoiceGuide install dir.
