Guest miva Report post Posted 02/02/2009 01:34 AM Hi, We have a VG server that seems to lock up every couple of weeks. The service is providing call recording and when it does lock up two lines (the inbound and outbound legs) show a very long call duration and any additional calls coming in are presented with busy (engaged) signal. Logs attached. It appears that the log entries stop when this happens as well so they may not be of much use. Resetting the VG software did not seem to help, we had to reset the server itself to fix the problem. Thanks for your assistance. 0202_1032_vgEngine.txt 0202_1029_vgEngine.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/02/2009 03:03 AM We can see from the vgEngine trace that the VoiceGuide application itself did not lockup, it was still trying to send commands to the Dialogic card, but the Dialogic card was not responding, with the Dialogic's acknowledgment that it was dialing the outgoing leg of the Dial and Conference being the last valid event/response received from the card: 105854.828 18 2 ev CallState sEvent=LINECALLSTATE_DIALING, crn=2008016, iEvent=2 ,16,0,16,,,]. vgEngine v7.0.3292.22230 (Mon 05/01/2009 12:21:00.31) Could you please .ZIP up and post the 0202_ktTel trace. It may hold may information as to what happened, as the Dialogic is reporting some errors as well: 105855.234 18 19 ev Dialogic 137,TDX_ERROR, crn=2008015, 0,0,0,,, and the ktTel trace may shed more light on this. What is the version of Windows on this machine? Which version Dialogic System Release drivers are used on this machine? Share this post Link to post
Guest miva Report post Posted 02/05/2009 04:40 AM Trace attached. OS: Windows 2000 5.2 Build 3790 Service Pack 2 Dialogic Version 6.0, Build 61 0202_ktTel.txt Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/05/2009 06:34 AM It looks like you are using the old version of Dialogic SR6.0 drivers. Please update your system to the SR6.0 drivers which need to be used with VoiceGuide v7 - the drivers can be downloaded from our WWW Downloads page. If a problems continue when using the correct driver version then please post the ktTel trace again. Share this post Link to post
