Guest davinchycode Report post Posted 02/07/2009 02:57 PM Hi support, I have been having this problem lately with my voiceguide. My computer freezes after some hours , sometimes for a day or two days . But when i restart the system and i try to open the voice guide it ask for my registration key. What i do next is close it and i reopen it again before it becomes stable without asking for the registration. This problem has been happening for some time and i dont know how to rectify it. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/07/2009 07:25 PM Sounds like you are using version 5 of VoiceGuide (?). Which version of VoiceGuide are you using? Which version of Windows are you using? Are you using a Voice modem or a Dialogic card or some other device? Is anything else running on this system apart from VoiceGuide? Share this post Link to post
Guest davinchycode Report post Posted 02/07/2009 08:18 PM I am running version 6.0.3386 professional edition 4 line license. I am using windows xp professional service pack 2. I am using Dialogic board D/41H and there is no other thing running on the computer as it is stand alone to just receive incoming calls. SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/07/2009 11:13 PM Are there any errors in the Windows Events log at around the same time when the system freezes? A computer freeze can only be caused by issues on driver level or hardware issues (bad memory etc). A WinXP computer does not freeze due to application level errors. Share this post Link to post
