Guest holziusa Report post Posted 02/11/2009 08:56 AM when I tx calls upon timeout or fail the kissoff hookflash is either not sent or heard, the call does not get disconnected. tried pauses, changed flash timeout 10-12-25 tried play module with ! and pauses etc,etc finally used 2nd transfer module to move failed call to voicemail successfully. however it worked but did not appear to be proper sequenced. any thoughts???? btw v7.09 and analog lines are voip based Share this post Link to post

Have you been enable to do what you want by using an analog phone attached to your VoIP<->Analog adaptor? How did you achieve it step by step? Which Dialogic card are you using? Guest holziusa Report post Posted 02/11/2009 03:38 PM I am using the transfer module to forward to a cell phone. TX Module is assigned a phone number hookflash and dials the new number. I am using default settings "pauseafter....=10" tried 12,15,25 settings no success. Workaround: create 2nd tx module to voicemail. Set paths fail and timeout goto 2ndtxmodule. It is now that the call disconnects via hookflash. It was my understanding that txmodule on success: disconnect call on fail: hookflash call and process on timeout: hookflash call and process my 2nd hookflash is either not heard or txmodule is faulty. Transfering works with phone direct no problem. logs will follow my specs are on the avatar to your left everyone should do this.. enhances tech support thanks 4 the followup Share this post Link to post
