Return From Voicemail Retrieve

When using the built in Voicemail:

 

In a play module, I have the following path to go to Voicemail Retrieve. Once I'm at the message menu, if I press 0 it hangs up instead of returning to the Welcome Module. I'm sure everything is spelled correctly and that Welcome is the correct case.

 

on {timeout 0} goto [Voicemail Retrieve] return [Welcome]

Can you use the Scripted voicemail system instead?

 

Could you please send us a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.
