However when I use the same file xml and load at 12:00 the call just stay the callque and no outbound call was done. I'm doing something wrong with date format and system is loading <activate time> into callque as 02-Nov instead of 10-feb? Any suggestion what to do next? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/12/2009 08:33 PM Please post vgEngine traces (.ZIPed) which capture both cases of the OutDial file being loaded. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/16/2009 03:18 AM There are multiple log files over 30MB in size in total. At what file and time should we be looking at? (also could not find "18310755648286" anywhere in the log files supplied) Probably best for you to just .ZIP up the except which captures the loading of the new call and the time immediately following that. Guest u4910 Report post Posted 02/16/2009 01:37 PM Sometimes what I do is stop the VG service. Then start the service, repeat the problem and then stop the service again. This wayyou can just send the log files that are short and have just that problem in it. Share this post Link to post
