Guest u4910 Report post Posted 02/17/2009 03:49 AM [old link removed]This version does not seem to hang up the call.I called in and hung up the phone. VG did not hang up the call.I even went to the monitor to hang it up manually and it still would not let go of the call. It said hanging up, but would not finish.Had to stop and restart service to get it to release call. Share this post Link to post

Guest u4910 Report post Posted 02/17/2009 11:59 AM I'll go back to the previous version until you get the bugs worked out of the version that does PDF fax. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/21/2009 03:46 AM The error message which you posted a screenshot of is from the Line Status Viewer app, correct? Did VoiceGuide itself start? Please post VoiceGuide traces which show VoiceGuide startup on this system. The traces will show which DLLs VoiceGuide and cannot find. The error shown in screenshot can occur if you are using a different version of the Line Status monitor then the one that is shipped with the version of VoiceGuide running on your system. Would recommend that you uninstall VoiceGuide backup and config files and scripts first) and then delete the VoiceGuide directory and then re-install VoiceGuide. Then please post the traces capturing the startup. Share this post Link to post
Guest u4910 Report post Posted 02/22/2009 04:50 AM You are correct. It must have been using the wrong Line Status Viewer. I reinstalled and made sure to use the new one. It seems to be working fine. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
