Multiple Voices

I have several existing IVR scripts which utilize Allison (the default system voice) for custom prompts.

 

I have a new program that must utilize a different voice talent. If I have the new voice talent record the system prompts that I need (numbers, dates, etc.), then how do I utilize the current system prompts for every other script and the second set of system prompts only for this one new script?

 

I do not want to overwrite the old system prompts since they are actively used and I do not want to change the old scripts/prompts at all.

The system sound directory can be set dynamically from within the script by setting the $RV[DIRSYSTEMVOICE] Result Variable
