Line Status Monitor - Can Not Connect

Hi Support,

 

I have just downloaded and installed VG 7.0.9. I also downloaded and installed Dialogic's HMP3.0 as I am initially trialing the software using VOIP.

 

When I open the VG Line Status Monitor (which i assume is to show what is dialing when etc) I am unable to connect. When I click the "Connect" button the "WCF Connection Parameters" popup defaults with a Service Address (TCP) of "net.tcp://localhost:7134/PortStatus/". When I click the connect button on this popup nothing happens.

 

To assist with troubleshooting I have done the following.

 

- Stopped VG

- Deleted logs from the VG Logs dir

- Started VG

- Started Line Status Monitor

- Tried to connect

- Zipped up the log files.

 

 

btw I am not too familiar with this type of software.

Traces show that the Dialogic HMP layer is returning errors in response to both initial initialisation and line open commands. Suggest to try re-installing HMP and ensure that the 4 line HMP evaluation license is correctly applied.
