I am referring to outbound calls, faxing, calling , etc, sometimes as weve observed, when the current list completes, the list gets deleted from the database, callque table, etc... but... there are also times when theyre not deleted even if the list already completed. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/03/2009 07:20 AM If you change the database to MySQL or MSSQL etc then you can run a trace on the SQL statements issued form VoiceGuide to see exactly how VoiceGuide manages the database. If you have traces capturing any errors please .ZIP them up and post them along withe a description of the error that will let us find the relevant call in the trace. Share this post Link to post
