I use the below and after there is no answer on the first number, VG hangs, wil not process any other calls and must be restarted. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/04/2009 07:23 AM Please try adding this entry to the Config.xml <Dialer> section: <OutDialQue_PortToUse_LinkField>GUID</OutDialQue_PortToUse_LinkField> and then clean the CallQue and PortToUseTables, restart VoiceGuide, and reload he escalation call.
