Enhancement Idea For Timezone

I have a need to base the calls places on the timezone of the number that I am calling and the timezone that it is in.

For example, I may have one number in Eastern, that I want to call from 8AM until 9PM, but another number in Pacific that I want to call 8AM until 9PM (there may be even a need to call timezones in other countries).

So I can picture the outdial entry to be something like:

<PhoneNumberTZ>EST</PhoneNumberTZ>

and then the begin and end times would be for that timezone.

Othwerwize there may be overlapping times with start and end.

For example, I am in EST so if I have an entry for Pacific, then
