Trying Text To Speech - Not Working

I'm trying to do TTS and have installed the MS Speech SDK 5.1. In the say numbers module I specified a txt file to speak, but it's not working. Any ideas?

You should use a Play module to play the contents of a .txt file.

 

The Say Numbers module is a module that concatenates pre-recorded sound files to say the numbers/dates/etc.
