Incoming Calls

Hi,

 

How can I diseable the incomings calls to be picked up by VG when a call is arriving the on of the lines?

You can set the number of "rings before answer" on that line to be a high number. eg: 100

This will result in no calls will be answered on that line.

 

Anotehr approach is to setup a script to "Start before Answering call" and just use a hangup module in that script. VoiceGuide will then not pickup the handset (ie. won't answer the call).
