mehdi_h Report post Posted 03/26/2009 10:03 PM Hi I wanted to purchase a new licence using a second D/41JCT that I have installed on a PC on which I had VG already runing well. Since I have installed this second board I start VG, it runs but when I chech the line status panel, I do not see any lines and the status is "disconnected". I have re-instlled everything even the dialogic drivers but nothing changes. Please help I have attached the logs and xml files. mehdi_h Report post Posted 03/26/2009 10:37 PM Sorry I have succeeded starting VG described in my previous post (do not take it into account) Now, I should see 8 lines on my line status panel but I not see only four , although I have modified my config.xml file. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/26/2009 10:51 PM You currently are running a 4 linje license on this system, so VoiceGuide will only open the first 4 lines specifeid in the Config.xml file. Traace show that VocieGuide can see the second card so now all that you need to do is to upgrade to an 8 line license and VoceGuide will be able to open all 8 lines. Share this post Link to post

I can do incoming calls, but i'm not able to do outgoing calls. in the Line status panel I can see the calls being launched but nothing happens. [LineStatusWcf] If the number that you expected to ring then have you tried plugging the same lines into a nornal phone and dialing the 00610977222 number from that phone to see if the call is connected over those lines?
