It looks like the Dialogic card is reporting that the PBX is starting to turn the loop current on the line on/off every half a second and seems to continue doing this for a long time. This is an ususual thing to happen at end of call. Was something recently changed on the PBX to make it act like this?

 

I understand that you have been using the system for a while now, so I guess that this must be somthing that has only just now happened. We'd recommend you have a look at the way these extensions are configured on the PBX and change their configutation to the way that they were.

 

One thing you can try is to use this entry in ConfigLine.xml file:

Set the value to 1 and then restart VoiceGuide and see if this case will be better handles by the software.

 

If the above does not work and you are unable to change the PBX line settings to the way they were before then we can probably make some changes in the software to accompadate this but we would only be able top mkae the changes in v7 of VoiceGuide, not v6 that you are using rigth now, so you would need to upgrade to v7.
