Make Voice Question

Hello

1- I want to design a script that a caller contacts and asks his/her voice question, the script saves the question and gives him/her a refrence number.

a person who is authorized with a PIN can contact the script and hear the question and save the answer to it. after a while eg. (24 or 48 hours) questioner contacts the system and by entering refrence number hears his/her responce. is it posible?

2- I want to design scripts and test them in a PC whitout any modems or dialogic cards, as SQL.phone does. is it posible?

Yes. This is all possible.

 

I want to design scripts and test them in a PC whitout any modems or dialogic cards

Install VoiceGuide v7 in VoIP mode (use the HMP drivers - link supplied on the Downloads page). The you can dial into the system using a softphone or any VoIP phone on the same network by just dialing the VoiceGuide machine's IP address.
