Trace shows that over the two hour period there were times when the email client could not connect to your SMTP server.

To debug what is actually happening you would need to use WireShark to trace the SMTP messages themselves.

Hello,

I have tried WireShark, but I couldn't get any capture from my local network. anyway I asked myself my outlook can send and received email, so if I use the same SMTP port outlook uses, VG can also send email successfully.

I did that, I have entered 587 for SMTP port ( I got this number out of my outlook email account property) and I could sent all my emails successfully via VG.

Please note this port number works for my system very well, but I noted it won't work for others. try to google SMTP ports numbers. plug them into your VG email property and see result for everyone of them.

good luck.

Support team thanks for your advices.

OK, so looks like this was a configuration issue then. Thanks for letting us know that this issue is now resolved and how it was resolved.
