Guest researcher Report post Posted 05/10/2009 08:15 AM Hello everybody I am having Win XP (service pack 3), RAM 256 MB with Voice Guide vg5.2.5049 installed successfully. The HSP56 Micro modem with full duplex voice capability which once used to work on my system (2 years back) is not responding to the previously tested script . The only diffrence is that now my phone line is having a Broadband connection on the same cable. Earlier it was a dial-up internet connection cable. I have recently updated XP online. Should I go for downloading the earlier version of VG? Any suggestion/help /advice or hints please?. I am always impressed by the wonderful support provided here. Regards Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/10/2009 09:52 AM v5 is the only version that can work with Voice Modems. Note that we discourage use of voice modems as voice modems have many problems and should not be used in any serious deployment.. Share this post Link to post
