SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/12/2009 08:53 PM There is a way of doing this by making a WCF call, but not through a currently user selectable menu option in the Service Monitor (the tray icon app) or through the Status Monitor. The place to add this option would probably be in the Service Monitor, as an alternative to Stop Service option. eg. a 'Soft Shutdown' option which would wait for all calls to finish before stopping the service.
