After Dial And Confrence - Success Path Not Taken

Hello Team:

 

I am using VG 5.2.5001.(the latest version of v5). I cannot get any modules to work after a successful conference of two line. The conference is file but will not take the success path after successfully connecting the two lines. I cannot record or use the evaluation modules or anything after the log reads:

Then nothing until the call hangs up. I cannot go to another module to play, record, evaluate... nothing. What am I doing wrong. I am using a ISA Dialogic D/41ESC card.

v5 is a fairly old version and I'm pretty sure that it does not have the ability to continue the script (using the "Success" path) after performing a call transfer/conference and perform the two-line recording of the call itself. You will need to refer to the the v5 Help file that came with that version to see what features are supported.

 

We recommend not using v5 with Dialogic cards. v5 is a an application which uses TAPI/Wave to control devices and Dialogic's TAPI/Wave drivers did not work well with the older cards.

 

Also: v5.2.5001 is not the latest v5 version. v5.2.5049 is the latest v5 version. Please see http://www.voiceguide.com/vgDownload.htm for the download link.
