I have installed HMP 3.0 and activated the license (evaluation). My voice guide is 7.0.6. We have licence for 4 lines but right now I installed a trial version in my computer. We've been using voiceguide for 2 years with Dialogic cards with no problem. But now we have a new phone server (Trixbox) and I need to configure the voip option because the Dialogic card doesn't work anymore. Attached the config.xml file and log files. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/28/2009 09:07 PM Please download the latest version of VoiceGuide v7 from our Downloads page. Are you using the SU241 version of HMP3.0 (as specified on the Downloads page)? Once that is instead try dialing directly into the system first (using the IP address directly) to test that it all works and then you can configure extension registrations to have VoiceGuide register the VoIP extensions with your PBX. You can use VoIP softphone (eg: SJPhone from http://www.sjlabs.com/ ) to directly call the IP address of the machine on which VoiceGuide is installed. Uninstalled HMP and installed the version 241 (installed also the trial license), installed the latestest Voice Guide, installed the softphone (works with our trixbox server very well), etc ... Attached the files again. For some reason it doesn't show anything in the Line Status windows. There's are some errors on the Engine log: ERROR LineOpen failed for iIvrDev=1, <port>1</port> Any help is really welcome. Thank you, Alex NewConfigFiles.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/29/2009 09:53 PM There is something wrong with the Dialogic HMP install itself. ktTel trace shows errors immediately when trying to start the Dialogic drivers.
